Stress Busting Audios: Rapid renewal is just a click away!

We all know that stress can be harmful to our health. But why and more importantly, what can we do about it?

While stress hormones are designed to save your life–if you are fleeing from a tiger or dodging an out-of-control motorist—the unchecked flow of these hormones can degrade bone, act as battery acid on the memory center of your brain, create weight gain and even deregulate your immune system.

The good news is that you don’t have to quit your job and move to Tahiti to stem the tide of stress chemicals. Fortunately there are tricks of the trade that can help you here.

The first key
is your breath. Recent findings reveal that healthy breathing [called “diaphragmatic breathing” in which case your tummy is rising up and down rather than your chest] can lower harmful levels of stress hormones.  On the other hand, chest breathing sends a message that all is not well and our body begins to prepare for fight or flight. Plenty of good reasons to practice healthy breathing!

The second key in reducing harmful levels of stress hormones is noticing how we think and talk to ourselves.

And the third key is what we imagine or picture in minds. All three of these everyday occurrences have a powerful effect on your health, creativity and performance.

They all come together with the relaxation pieces you can listen to or download free below. With practice, healthy breathing, positive self-talk and feel-good imagery can reduce blood pressure, lower cholesterol, help balance blood sugar, and accelerate weight loss. Further research reveals that it can also reduce blood loss during surgery, provide pain relief, enhance creative problem solving ability, and lower anxiety. It can even help reduce side effects associated with cancer treatment and boost immune cell activity.

Refresh and Revitalize Rapidly!

Yet despite having an abundance of relaxation CDs to choose from my busy clients weren’t taking advantage of them. They wanted a fast fix–something to use on a short lunch break or before to taking the kids to soccer practice. So we created a 5-minute stress busting solution to refresh and revitalize a busy day. Labeled “xxxx” below, just press the start button, put your feet up and close your eyes. Remember, it’s only 5-minutes!

“Your Healing Place” is just a tad longer but helps you customize an inner oasis of peace and rest. “Your Healing Image” is a follow-up, designed for use after you have had plenty of practice with the first two.

All three incorporate the power of sound, using the technology of psychoacoustics. To benefit fully listen with a headset.

To appreciate all the benefits and the science behind these methods, including the advantages of music and sound to refresh and revitalize please see my book, “You Can Beat the Odds: Surprising Factors Behind Chronic Illness & Cancer—The 6-Week Breakthrough Program for Optimal Immunity.”

Had the pleasure of meeting you today at the clinic and was blown away. It was as if you were speaking just for me. You see, just in the past few weeks stress (and therefore health issues) have taken over my life 24/7. I really think I have been close to a meltdown of some sort… I didn’t know what to expect today, and came away having that “ah-ha” moment. I couldn’t wait to get home tonight and pull up your website and listen to the autogenics. It was perfect! I am now relaxed and ready to sleep. I can’t wait to get your book and become enlightned, and learn more techniques. I think you are a Godsend at a crucial time in my life (and a blessing to so many others). THANK YOU!! I can’t wait until you come back to our clinic for another seminar!
