Just spoke with our technical support: He says to 'right click' on the 'download MP3' and select 'save link as...' ------ This will download the file as an mp3 to computer and then can transfer to iTunes, etc. Hoping this works!

Thank you, Christina, for the good words and the heads up since they are free to download and share. I'm going to check into this and see what's happened. We have been successfully downloading them so it sounds like a glitch. We also have a new audio that combines all 3 pieces which I want to post as well so keep me posted. All best, Brenda.

Hi, I met you after your great lecture at the conference in Orlando last November and you recommended your book to me. I have been reading it and learning a lot. I want to download your audios to use on my MP3 player but when I hit the download buttons they just play on my computer. Are they really free to download or only to play? Thank you, Christina

Dear Brenda,
I wanted to thank you for your kindness and wisdom. I read your book and took your two week seesion at RC Center. After all the books I have read, doctors I have seen and treatments I have had. ..you were the only one that uplifted my spirits and made me believe I will be fine. Your depth of knowledge in this area is incredible and I know someday will be part of the hospital of the future.
Thank you and have a blessed year.

It is so ironical that as natural as breathing is we do not do it correctly, especially as we get older and when we are under stress. I try to remind myself to practice my deep breathing exercise while waiting in Atlanta traffic. (Unfortunately, I get a lot of practice.) But recently in my work as editor of LiveLiving eMagazine, I came across a Hebrew word called “ruha” translated “breath of life”. This is the word that is used in Genesis 2:7, during the beginning of creation when God “breathed the breath of life into man’s nostrils, and the man became a living being…”. For me, this word becomes even more interesting if you say it. The very pronunciation mimics the correct way to breathe. If you observe yourself saying this word repeatedly you will notice how the diaphragm is activated as you inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
